This website is a personal endeavor by a private citizen to create a safe space for people to share their experiences and opinions of high control cult organisations.  It provides a confidential forum between you and the website owner.

The website owner understands the multiple and debilitating impacts of being involved in a high control group has on a person and their wider network having experience of the Bruno Groning Circle of Friends organization.

The website is not linked to any social media platform and won’t be, nor is it linked to any organization.  It is critical that this site is accessible by those who may be worried or fearful about their or their loved one’s involvement in cult organisations of which there are many operating in UK, Ireland and beyond.

From Fear to Freedom is merely an attempt to create a confidential space for people to share their experiences in total confidence and to connect with someone (i.e. the website owner) who has personal experience and therefore understands the negative impacts that high control groups have on those involved and their family and friendship group.

At From Fear to Freedom, we recognise how difficult it can be to share your story, or the story of a loved one (family member or friend) that you are worried about – especially when it involves deeply personal or spiritual experiences.

We are particularly interested in any involvement or negative impacts experienced by groups operating in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

For example, any testimonies about the Bruno Gröning Circle of Friends organization.

Our purpose is to create a space for you to reach out and be heard.
We want to hear from those who may feel invisible, trapped, or fearful of judgment from those around them.

There are also links and other resources listed on this website to help sign post people to support organisation with expertise in this area. Your story matters. By sharing it, you contribute to creating awareness and fostering understanding.
While we cannot provide direct support or intervention, we are committed to ensuring that your voice is heard, and your experience is held in confidence.

We understand that putting a negative experience into written words can be deeply emotional and even triggering.
If you choose to share your story by emailing confidentially at XXXXXXX we encourage you to take time afterward to do something calming or enjoyable to support your well-being—whether that’s going for a walk, listening to music, or simply resting.
Your emotional health is important.
